Pauses the capture control.

Remarks
Places the object in the CaptureState.Paused state. The object must be in the CaptureState.Pending or CaptureState.Running state prior to calling this method. To resume capturing, call the RunCapture method.

If the method fails, an error is raised. For more information, refer to the Error Codes.
