Inflates a LeadRect structure by the specified amount.

Inflate(LeadSize)	Inflates this LeadRect structure by the specified amount.
Inflate(LeadRect,Int32,Int32)	Creates and returns an inflated copy of the specified LeadRect structure. The copy is inflated by the specified amount. The original rectangle remains unmodified.
