Gets the value and flags for the specified camera property.

Parameter	Description
pCamera	Pointer to an IltmmCameraControl interface.
Property	Value that represents the property for which to get the value and flags. For a list of possible values, refer to the ltmmCameraControlProperty Constants.
Value	Pointer to a variable that receives the value of the specified property.
Flags	Pointer to a variable that receives the flags of the specified property. For a list of possible values, refer to the ltmmCameraControlFlags Constants.
