Sets the default language for all menus and all menu buttons.

Parameter	Description
pDVD	Pointer to an IltmmDVDControl interface.
Lang	LCID value, containing a LANGID value that specifies the default menu language to set. For a list of possible LANGID values, refer to the winnt.h library.

S_OK	The function ran successfully.
<> S_OK	An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation.
