Returns a pointer to the Coded Concept, in the same Context Group, that immediately precedes the specified Coded Concept.

Parameter	Description
pCodedConcept	Pointer to a DICOMCODEDCONCEPT structure that specifies a Coded Concept. The function Returns a pointer to the structure that specifies the Concept that immediately precedes this Concept (in their Context Group), if there is one.

Returns

!NULL	Pointer to a DICOMCODEDCONCEPT structure that specifies the Coded Concept which immediately precedes the Concept specified by pCodedConcept.
NULL	No Coded Concept precedes the one specified by pCodedConcept. (pCodedConcept is the first Coded Concept in its Context Group.)

Use the LDicomContextGroup::GetContextGroup function to obtain the Context Group to which a Coded Concept belongs.
