Gets a value that indicates whether this AnnAutomation is currently in a state where the selected AnnObject is able to have its rotate control points reset to the default location. .NET support Silverlight support

Property Value

true if the selected AnnObject in this AnnAutomation can have its rotate controls reset to the default location; false otherwise.
Remarks

This property gets a value that indicates whether the currently selected AnnObject is able to have its rotate control points reset to the default location.

For this to be true, the selected AnnObject must not be unlocked (see AnnObject.IsLocked) and the edit designer must have rotate control points enabled (see AnnEditDesigner.UseRotateControlPoints).
