Adds a processor to the collection.

Parameter	Description
ClassID	Character string that contains the class id of the external processor to register / unregister.
Register	A boolean value indicating whether to register or unregister the external processor.
	Values
	VARIANT_TRUE
	VARIANT_FALSE

S_OK	The function was successful.
