Gets the type of the specified annotation object.

Parameter

Description

hObject

Handle to the annotation object.

puObjectType

Address of the variable to be updated with the object's type. For descriptions of possible object types, refer to Types of Annotations.

Returns

SUCCESS

The function was successful.

An error occurred. Refer to Return Codes.

Comments

Before calling this function, you must declare a variable of data type L_UINT. Then, pass the address of the variable in the puObjectType parameter. This function will update the variable with the constant that specifies the type of annotation object.
