Indicates whether the image has been flipped. This function is available only in the PACS Imaging toolkit. This feature is available in version 16 or higher.

A zero-based index into the image list attached to the cell. This sub-cell contains the image that is being tested to see if it is flipped. Pass -2 to retrieve the flipped status of the image in the selected sub-cell. |

To flip the image, call LImageViewerCell::FlipBitmap function.
