BeginUpdate Method

The BeginUpdate Method is available as an add-on to the LEADTOOLS Medical Imaging toolkits.

Stops the cell from being refreshed if any changes are applied. This is useful to increase the control speed efficiency.

Remarks

This method will cause the cell not to repaint if any changes are applied. When the user calls the EndUpdate method, the cell will repaint to show all the changes made. This is useful for better visual results and for speed efficiency.
