serverIPAddress
The System.Net.IPAddress of the JPIP server receiving the request.
serverPort
An System.Int32 number which specifies the port of the JPIP server.

The HttpRequestEncoder Constructor includes members that are available as an add-on to the LEADTOOLS Imaging Pro, Document, and Medical Imaging toolkits.

Initializes a new instance of the Leadtools.Jpip.RequestEncoder.HttpRequestEncoder class.
