The Base Property is available as an add-on to the LEADTOOLS Document and Medical Imaging toolkits.

Gets or sets the length of the Y coordinate of the baseline measured from the top edge of the rectangle exactly containing the character.

Property Value

The length of the Y coordinate of the baseline measured from the top edge of the rectangle exactly containing the character.

Example

For an example, refer to IOcrPage.GetRecognizedCharacters.

Remarks

To get the recognized characters of a page, call IOcrPage.GetRecognizedCharacters after IOcrPage.Recognize or IOcrPage.RecognizeText.

To update the recognized characters of a page, call IOcrPage.GetRecognizedCharacters before calling IOcrDocument.Save or IOcrDocument.SaveXml.

Note: This property is not supported in the LEADTOOLS OCR Advantage Engine.
