The DiskMasterFormsRepository Constructor is available as an add-on to the LEADTOOLS Document and Medical Imaging toolkits.

Remarks
The source code of this interface implementation class is available at <Install Directory>\Examples\DotNet\CS\AutoMasterFormsRepository.
The created object will be filled with the Master Forms and sub-categories that are inside the root category.
