Retrieves the first item under the "Referenced Series Sequence" (0008,1115) in the "Presentation State Module". Supported in Silverlight, Windows Phone 7.

Call this method along with Leadtools.Dicom.DicomDataSet.FindNextPresentationStateReferencedSeriesItem in order to enumerate all the items under the "Referenced Series Sequence" (0008,1115) in the "Presentation State Module".
