Remarks
Note: This method is obsolete and should no longer be used. You can use the BarcodeEngine object without calling Startup or Shutdown.
This must be the last barcode-related method that is called in an application.
No other Leadtools.Barcode functionality can be used after Shutdown method is called. To use other methods after calling this method, The Initialize method must be called again.
