The Rotate Property is available in LEADTOOLS Document and Medical Imaging toolkits.

Gets or sets a value indicating whether this AnnEditDesigner is in rotate mode.

Remarks

When the AnnEditDesigner is in a rotate mode, clicking and dragging on the AnnEditDesigner.EditObject will cause it to rotate around its origin.
