The RulerOutColor Property is available as an add-on to the LEADTOOLS Medical Imaging toolkits.
Gets or sets the color of the ruler boundaries.

The color of the ruler boundaries. This is useful if the value of the Leadtools.MedicalViewer.MedicalViewerBaseCell.RulerStyle is Leadtools.MedicalViewer.MedicalViewerRulerStyle.Bordered.Example
