Gets or sets the color of the border that will be drawn around the blocks.

Return Value

If the PuzzleEffectCommandBitmapEffectsFlags.Border flag is set in the Flags property, this value represents the color of the border that will be drawn around the blocks. This property is ignored if the PuzzleEffectCommandBitmapEffectsFlags.Border flag is not set.
