Gets a value that indicates whether this AnnAutomation is currently in a state where the selected AnnObjectBase is able to have its rotate control points reset to the default location.

Remarks

(Read only) This property gets a value that indicates whether the currently selected AnnObjectBase is able to have its rotate control points reset to the default location.

For this to be true, the selected AnnObjectBase must not be unlocked (see AnnObjectBase.IsLocked) and the edit designer must have rotate control points enabled (see AnnEditDesigner.UseRotateControlPoints).
