"Rescale Intercept" : the value of "b" in the linear relationship between original pixel values and the new pixel values.

Return Value

"Rescale Intercept" : the value of "b" in the linear relationship between original pixel values and the new pixel values.

(new pixel value) = m * (original pixel value) + b. Where "m" is the "Rescale Slope".
