   ' Prepare the command
   Dim dimension As Integer = 3
   Dim command As AverageCommand = New AverageCommand(dimension)
   ' Average with a neighborhood of dimension x dimension pixels
   command.Run(leadImage)
   codecs.Save(leadImage, LeadtoolsExamples.Common.ImagesPath.Path + "Result.jpg", RasterImageFormat.Jpeg, 24)

   RasterCodecs.Shutdown()
End Sub
