cellIndex
The index of the cell that has the annotation that was created.
subCellIndex
The index of the sub-cell that has the annotation that was created.
annotationType
An enumerated MedicalViewerActionType value that represents which annotation type was created.
Initializes a new instance of the MedicalViewerAnnotationCreatedEventArgs class with explicit parameters.
