GetRegionData Method

xform
RasterRegionXForm object that LEADTOOLS uses to translate between display coordinates and image coordinates. If you specify null (Nothing in Visual Basic) for this parameter, the scalar fields default to 1, the offsets default to 0, and the view perspective defaults to the image view perspective.
Gets the GDI data that describes the image region.

Parameters

xform
RasterRegionXForm object that LEADTOOLS uses to translate between display coordinates and image coordinates. If you specify null (Nothing in Visual Basic) for this parameter, the scalar fields default to 1, the offsets default to 0, and the view perspective defaults to the image view perspective.

Return Value

A byte array, filled with the image region data.

Remarks

Used with AddDataToRegion to load or save an image region.

The data returned by this method is the equivalant of the data returned using the Windows API GetRegionData. To obtain data that can be used to construct a GDI+ System.Drawing.Region object, use the use the GetGdiPlusRegionData method.
