The value of this proprty and the value of Width control the window-level effect.

The value of this proprty can be one of the following:

• For 8-bit, possible values are range from -255 to 255.
• For 12-bit, possible values are range from -4095 to 4095.
• For 16-bit, possible values are range from -65535 to 65535.
