Processes each vertex enumerated by the LVectorBase::EnumVertices function.

Comments
The LVectorBase::EnumVertices function calls your callback function as it gets the handle of each vector object.
To use this function, you must do the following:
1. Derive a class from LVectorBase.
2. Override the L_INT LVectorBase::EnumVerticesCallBack. Function in your class.
3. Before calling LVectorBase::EnumVertices, you must call the member function LBase::EnableCallBack(TRUE).
