Product Description:
The LEADTOOLS Medical Multimedia Module includes a full Multimedia development toolkit, MPEG2/MJPG video codecs, and full support support for DICOM DirectShow Read and Write filters.
The DICOM File Reader Filter provides the ability to stream video data in any DICOM file. In addition, it makes it possible for any DirectShow based media player to play video data in a DICOM file. The filter offers the ability to control the stream speed by changing the frame time. In addition to the basic stream and speed control functionality, the user can insert a user-defined external DICOM dataset and get access to the initialized dataset for use with other processes.
The DICOM File Writer Filter provides the ability to set the pixel data of a DICOM file, existing or new, offering many options for storing DICOM files using the LEAD DICOM toolkit. The user can access the DICOM dataset in the file, and save any changes made on the dataset with another utility.
