Returns a value that indicates whether a cell is selected. This function is available only in the Medical Imaging Suite toolkits.

| nCellIndex | A zero-based index of the cell for which to get the selection status. | 
| uFlags | Reserved for future use. Pass 0. | 
Returns
| TRUE | The cell is selected. | 
| FALSE | The cell is not selected. | 
Comments
If this function returns FALSE, either the cell is not selected or an error occurred.
To change the selection status of a specific cell, call LImageViewer::SelectCell.
