Determines whether the title bar is enabled. This function is available only in the Medical Imaging Suite toolkits.

Handle to the container.

uFlags

Reserved for future use. Pass 0.

Returns

TRUE

The title bar is enabled.

FALSE

The title bar is not enabled, or an error occurred. Refer to Return Codes.

Comments

To show or hide the title bar, call the L_DispContainerShowTitlebar function.
