With LEADTOOLS, you can configure PDF permissions when creating PDF files, using the structure FILEPDFSAVEOPTIONS. Some of the permissions include:
§ User/Owner Password
§ Printing restrictions
§ Annotation restrictions
§ Document modification restrictions
