LEADTOOLs Advanced Bitonal Compression (ABC) Plug-In
Adds support for reading and writing files with LEAD’s proprietary ABC compression. LEAD ABC compression is superior to JBIG2, LZW, TIFF Group 4 and other 1 bit compression.
LEADTOOLS Barcode Module
Barcode functions allow you to read barcodes, write barcodes and find duplicate barcodes within an image. This module allows programmers to easily include code in their applications to read and write Linear (1D), DataMatrix (2D), PDF417 (2D), and QR Code barcodes. It includes support for 95 different sub-types.
LEADTOOLS ICR Module
(Requires runtime licensing.) Provides programming tools for converting handwritten text and numbers into machine-readable strings and documents for nearly 100 languages (including 15 with dictionary support). It can be used in the same fashion and mixed on the same image as the OCR module. Mark frames can be rectangles, hexagons, circles, or ellipses and can be filled in by any method (x, tick, hatching, horizontal or vertical lines). The frame may be visible or invisible (due to scanner dropout) in the image sent for recognition. Recognition accuracy is 99.95% and the average recognition time is 0.005 seconds per check box zone, even on older processors with low RAM.
LEADTOOLS OCR Module
OCR features (included with the LEADTOOLS Document Imaging Suite) provide functions, properties, methods, and events for easily incorporating ScanSoft SDK 12 Pro optical character recognition engine into your applications.
LEADTOOLS OMR Module
(Requires runtime licensing.) Used for recognizing optical marks (checkmarks). Typical applications include the processing of questionnaires, ballots, educational tests, reports, order sheets, and other forms and filled in by hand.
LEADTOOLS PDF Plug-ins
(Requires runtime licensing.) Extend support to include PDF, Postscript, and EPS formats. They support loading, saving, viewing, rasterizing, and encoding these formats, and integrate seamlessly with the broad imaging functionality present in the existing LEADTOOLS toolkits.
LEADTOOLS PDF OCR Plug-in
(Requires runtime licensing.) Functions allow you to easily perform document character recognition and output recognized text to the PDF file format.
ePrint API and COM SDK
Lets you interact with the LEADTOOLS ePrint driver from your own or third-party applications. LEADTOOLS also provides OEM support for the ePrint SDK, which lets you customize the ePrint user interface for your application. The purchase price includes 50 user licenses.
