hDICOMWaveFormGroup	A DICOM waveform group handle
pdOffset	Pointer to a variable to be updated with the trigger time offset.

Returns

TRUE	The trigger time offset was retrieved successfully.
FALSE	An error occurred.

This function returns the trigger time offset. For more information refer to the "Trigger Time Offset" (0018,1069) element in the DICOM standard.
