Remarks
SendReleaseResponse is sent by the server in response to a
SendReleaseRequest call placed by the client. It generates a
call to OnReceiveReleaseResponse on the client. The client and
server can now close the DICOM Association by calling Close.
For more information about ending a DICOM Association, refer to
Closing a DICOM Associate Connection.
Please note that ending the DICOM Association by calling SendReleaseRequest and SendReleaseResponse is preferable to calling SendAbort.
