Identifies if a particular file codec has been marked as taking a relatively long time to load a file.

Return Value

true if the codec takes a long time to load a file, false otherwise.

Remarks

Value that indicates if the codec takes a long time to load. There are three phases used in identifying a file format. The first phase checks the first few bytes. The second phase checks the file extension. The third phase tries all available codec filters. When this value is 'true', it means that the file format can not be identified by looking at the first few bytes of the file.
