Converts a value from one unit to another.

Convert(Single,AnnUnit,AnnUnit) Converts a value from one unit to another.  
Convert(Single,AnnAngularUnit,AnnAngularUnit) Converts an angular value from one unit to another.  

Example

This example converts a value of 200 pixels to inches at 96 DPI.
