Gets or sets the vertical DPI (dots per inch) that is used to translate the vertical distance for the ruler.

Return Value

The vertical DPI (dots per inch) that is used to translate the vertical distance for the ruler

Remarks

If this value is zero, then the ruler will use the same DPI as its AnnContainer.

This value is set to zero by default.
