operation
An AnnEditDesignerOperation value which represents the current operation.
controlPointIndex
An integer that represents the Index of the edited control point (or -1 if no control point is being edited).
clipCursor
true to clip the mouse cursor; otherwise false.
hittestObject
An Object that represents the hit test object obtained from the HitTest method.
Starts the editing process.
