Return Value

(Read only) This property gets a value that indicates whether the currently selected AnnObject is able to have its rotate control points reset to the default location.

For this to be true, the selected AnnObject must not be unlocked (see IsLocked) and the edit designer must have rotate control points enabled (see UseRotateControlPoints).
