Comments
The process of getting and setting TWAIN capabilities is started by calling L_TwainStartCapsNeg.
When the user has retrieved and set all the desired capabilities, this function must be called to free the data allocated by the L_TwainStartCapsNeg function. For every call to L_TwainStartCapsNeg there must be a call to L_TwainEndCapsNeg.
