Changes from Version 12 to Version 12.1

Version 12.1 of the LEADTOOLS Toolbar Class Library has changed from Version 12 as follows:

$image\sqrblit.gif$ LEADTOOLS now supports toolbar functionality for the LEADTOOLS DigitalPaint toolkits.
