Remarks
Controls the visibility of the rubberband, which is a one-pixel outline of a rectangle on the display surface.
Typically, you would use this method to display an area that the user selects with a mouse. This method works with the following method and properties:
The SetRubberBandRect
method sets the size and position of the rectangle.
The RubberbandHeight
property is the current height.
The RubberbandLeft
property is the current X coordinate of the origin of the rubberband.
The RubberbandTop
property is the current Y coordinate of the origin of the rubberband..
