Remarks
(Document/Medical only) The handle to the annotation container for objects in the current window.
This is the root container, which may be needed when using LEADTOOLS DLL functions for annotations.
The value of this property is 0 if the Annotation Control has no annotations. Therefore, it can be used to check for the existence of annotations.
