ABC (ABC)

ABC is the best 1 bit lossless compression provided by LEAD. It gives better results than JBIG, or CCITT G4, and it gives better compression for computer or electronic generated documents than for scanned documents. You can read and write files in this format.

With ABC, there are also lossy options.  For more information on the qFactor values to control the ABC compression, refer to Compression Quality Factors

This format is available only in selected LEADTOOLS products. For a list of products, refer to Topic Selection.

The default extension used by this format is: ABC.
