PanWinCursor property (ILEADRasterView)

Overview	Refer to Using a PanWindow.

Remarks

(Persistent property, available at design time.) Sets a custom mouse icon for the PanWindow.

You can set this property to a cursor or icon file. Then, you can set the PanWinPointer property to 99 to implement the custom PanWindow mouse icon.
