Remarks

(Persistent property, available at design time) Gets or sets a custom mouse icon for the OLE drag-and-drop operation.

To use a custom mouse icon for the Drag and Drop operation, set this property to the desired icon and set the EnableUseDefaultCursor property to FALSE.
