Remarks

(Raster Pro and above toolkits) Gets or sets a value that represents the phase shift angle, in hundredths of a degree. This property is used if the LightFlags property is set to FL_TRIGONOMETRY. Possible values for LightPhase are from -18000 to 18000. This value will be divided internally by 100.
