Determines whether the memory file object is ready to be used.
Returns
| TRUE | The LMemoryFile object is ready to be used. | 
| FALSE | The LMemoryFile object is not ready to be used. | 
Comments
Before you can use some of the memory file functions, a bitmap must be associated with the class object. Until you have associated a bitmap with the LMemoryFile object, the object is considered invalid.
Note that the following functions do not require the object to be valid:
