Provides exclusive access to the image data contained in a class object’s bitmap handle.

Comments

This call locks the memory. To make the most of available system resources, you should only keep a bitmap handle locked when you need to access the image data. Call LBitmapBase::Release to unlock the bitmap data, for more efficient use of Windows memory resources.
