Retrieves a copy of a floater.
Returns
| NULL | No floater exists. | 
| !NULL | Pointer to an LBitmap object that contains a copy of the floater. | 
Comments
The LBitmap object is allocated by the GetFloater() function. It should be deallocated when no longer needed.
