Constructs and initializes the member variables of the LAnnButton object. This function is available in the Document/Medical Toolkits.

Comments
LAnnButton::LAnnButton(bCreate) is a constructor for the LAnnButton class. If bCreate is TRUE, the annotation object is created, as well as the class object.
LAnnButton::LAnnButton(hButton) attaches the passed handle to the created class object. The passed handle must be a LEAD annotation object of type ANNOBJECT_BUTTON. The passed annotation object is invalidated.
The parameter hButton is passed by reference, and is a required parameter.
