Gets the length of the annotation object's text (character string). This function is available in the Document/Medical Toolkits.
Returns
The length of the annotation object's character string.
Comments
Use this value to allocate a buffer to read the text property.
To get the length of Rich Text formatted text, use LAnnRTF::GetTextRTF.
